An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your tracking number via your postal carrier's website for updates on the location of your parcel,
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address,
● Ask your local post office if they have your package - they should begin an investigation. (If you're located in the USA, you should be able to obtain the GPS location of where the parcel was delivered.)
● Ask your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them,
● Ask other household members who may have picked it up for you while collecting the mail.
● Look behind trees/scrubs/gates/fences etc as your postman may have placed it there, hidden from view.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us via Etsy convos with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own additional cost.

If your parcel has tracking and its shown as "delivered", The Third Life Crisis is not held responsible or liable if the parcel was stolen. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe location for your parcel to be delivered to. Please get in touch with your local postal service, so that they can begin an investigation. Most postal services can provide GPS location of exactly where the parcel was delivered to.

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please send us a message via Etsy Convos or email us at hello{@}thethirdlifecrisis.com within 7 days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us via Etsy convos or email us at hello{@}thethirdlifecrisis.com.

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us via Etsy convos or email us at hello{@}thethirdlifecrisis.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
